Do I need a visa?

Most travelers to India require a visa. Altitude sickness can be avoided or minimized by gradually acclimatizing to higher altitudes, staying hydrated, and avoiding strenuous physical activity in the early days of high-altitude travel. Our tour guides are trained to help you manage this, and we carry the necessary medical supplies.

How do I book?

Booking can be done through our website, where you can select your desired tour, dates, and group size. Once you fill out the registration form, Our team will contact you with the booking confirmation and payment link. After paying a booking amount we will confirm your booking. Are there any extra fees that I will have to pay on top of the listed price?

Not at all. you won’t be required to pay any additional fees on top of the listed tour price. Our transparent pricing policy ensures that the price you see includes all the essential costs, making it easy for you to plan and budget for your adventure without any surprises. Your peace of mind and satisfaction are our priorities.

Should I print a receipt to show the tour guide?

No print is needed. We only require a physical copy of your passport and visa for permits when you arrive in India ( Depending upon the location). Your passport and visa documents are essential for your journey, and our tour guide will guide you through the necessary formalities upon your arrival. 
How do I carry my main luggage? 

We provide support vehicles during our motorcycle tours, allowing you to carry your main luggage securely. You can access your belongings during rest stops.

Is it safe to drink tap water?

In most areas of India and Nepal, it’s advisable to drink bottled or purified water to avoid stomach issues. Even when you brush your teeth in the morning we insist you use bottled water. We provide safe drinking water during our tours.

Is my money safe?

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the trip?

Wi-Fi availability can vary depending on the region. While some accommodations offer Wi-Fi, remote areas may have limited connectivity.

Group sizes can vary, but we aim for a balance between a personalized experience and group dynamics. On most trips, we keep nearly 10 people in a group. Specific group sizes can be found in the tour details.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • Cancellation 60 days or more before the tour start date: Full refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation between 30 and 59 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of deposit amount.
  • Cancellation within 29 days of the tour start date: No refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. On Paypal 10% Extra charge is applicable. Details can be found during the booking process.
